Bricks and mortar


New Deal’s Board is determined to keep the good work going after the Government cash runs out in 2010 – and by investing in bricks and mortar now, we can create a regular income for future community projects.  

Our community-owned company owns buildings at Grainger Park Road, Prospect Place and Hawthorn Terrace, and our Board has approved plans which will make our community the stewards of a £5 million asset portfolio.
